Food steamer is a small kitchen appliance used to cook or prepare various foods with steam heat by means of holding the food in a closed vessel reducing steam escape. This do not need to use any unhealthy oils or other substances in the cooking process. Steamed food retains more of its original vitamins, minerals & enzymes. This steamer also includes an exterior water refill funnel that functions to assist you on adding water without having to disengage any part of the steamer. There is also a water level indicator that tells you how much water is needed for the steaming.
